We have 3 paid Officers and several reserve Officers to staff our Police Department. We
have a Police Department that listens and understands the small town needs of its people who live here in Utica. The Police
Department has undergone several changes under our Chief since August 2003 and this small town for the most part has settled
down and supports our efforts to serve them. Please stop at all stop signs in town and obey the speed limits, and remember,
